A: Yes. Fields that support more than one value will allow you to choose multiple selections from their associated drop down lists. Multiple values will have an "x" included along with them, allowing them to be deleted and/or replaced as needed.
A: Yes. Certain drop down fields within each form allow for the entry of free text options, should users not find the selection they are looking for. This is done by simply clicking in the respective field, and typing the desired entry.
